DB Convertible

Nicholas Mee & Co, Aston Martin Heritage, a dealership in London announced that they are releasing a fully functioning, petrol-engined miniature car inspired by the Aston Martin DB models of the 1960s. Pretty compact at 250 x 103 cm (98 x 40 in), the two-door, rear-wheel drive DB Convertible is hand-built and crafted with a composite body wrapped around a steel box chassis. The power-plant is bit weenie for our taste at 4-stroke air-cooled 110cc petrol engine with a semi-automatic 3-speed gearbox, coil-over suspension, it has Brembo disk brakes but might be overkill. It is nice but if I had 26000 US bucks to spare, I would not buy this car. Sorry.

LEGO Suprises a Boy in MA
A Massachusetts boy named James Groccia sent a letter to Lego company.
"Dear Sirs,
My name is James Groccia and I am 10 years old. I have been playing with many Lego sets and products since I was about 4 years old. I have brick sets, Hero Factory, Creationary, Lunar Limo and more. I participate in a Lego Playgroup to help with my Social Skills (I have Asperger’s Syndrome) and I love playing with Legos at home (I play with them every day).
A couple of years ago, I saw The Emerald Night Train set (K10194) and fell in love with it. I wanted it right away, but my parents said I had to save the money to get it. For two years I kept all the money I got for birthday and holiday gifts, some of my allowance and some money I got for participating in a research project. At last, a couple of months ago I had my $100 and was ready to buy the Lego set of my dreams!
My mom started looking for it on line and could not find any. We checked the Lego store in our area and they didn’t have it either. I was completely crushed. You’ve stopped making it! It seems the only way to get one now is to pay $250 on Amazon or ebay, since now it is considered collectible.
I got another Lego set, thinking I could forget about the Emerald Night, but every time I see it anywhere on line I get very sad and disappointed. I still want the Emerald Night so badly, but there are none to be found.
Do you have any at your corporate headquarters? Perhaps I could get one that way? If you have any other ideas, I would be happy to hear them. I have never wanted a Lego set so badly ever in my life!
Your most loyal Lego fan,
James G. Groccia"
And Lego send him the kit just in time of the boy's 11th birthday. Pretty cool company.

Trotify
Reminded me of a Monty Python movie. I wonder how much of speed it can withstand. Love to see it on steroid up Lance Armstrong's bike

Lego HD FLH
Lego now a days is getting crazy. There are tons of Lego mania who creates quite interesting narrative diorama with available blocks. While some Lego mania have special skill to find a parts that suggest what they want to create almost like pushing clay This HD FLH1340 is one of them. The builder has managed to assemble the classic bagger with available parts.

Lego world of Karwik
I have no idea what this Karwik person do for living, but I suspect something to do with advertisement or something, Those Lego are nicely put together and all the pictures are taken professionally. This person has been creating pretty neat world expressed through Lego. The part I like about Karwik's world is that there is a slight preference toward vehicles especially 2 wheelers. One of my favorites is the garage with father and son.
