2 Stroke Smake Candle

Did you grow up smelling the burning oil of 2 stroke motors, inhaling the blue smoke and hearing the high pitched exciting exhaust note? 2 stroke bikes are hard to come by now, but you can at least enjoy the smell  of 2 stroke smoke at your comfy home without running your weed-whacker in the living room.

The motorcycle company in Missouri, Flying Tiger Motorcycles makes 2 stroke smoke fragrance candle.

DB Convertible

Nicholas Mee & Co, Aston Martin Heritage, a dealership in London announced that they are releasing a fully functioning, petrol-engined miniature car inspired by the Aston Martin DB models of the 1960s. Pretty compact at 250 x 103 cm (98 x 40 in), the two-door, rear-wheel drive DB Convertible is hand-built and crafted with a composite body wrapped around a steel box chassis. The power-plant is bit weenie for our taste at 4-stroke air-cooled 110cc petrol engine with a semi-automatic 3-speed gearbox, coil-over suspension, it has Brembo disk brakes but might be overkill. It is nice but if I had 26000 US bucks to spare, I would not buy this car. Sorry.

Skully Mets

You know this would come sooner or later. Just like one-person view video game, this makes you possible to have a Heads-Up Display (HUD) that projects an image on the visor. That is right. You are one step closer to the Iron-man. This thing will feed you directions or a standard map view. The Skully Synapse HUD is integrated into the helmet visor and appears to float around 20 feet ahead of the rider’s field of view.

The Slick Motorcycle Helmet, which will meet both the U.S. DOT and European ECE safety standards, has a 180 degree rearview camera, GPS navigation, play music and connect with both iOS and Android devices!! With actual traffic information you gather with your own darn eyes, you will need ADD to get all the stuff. The company says full charge of the battery last for 9 hours-enough for a full day of riding. As for pricing, that’s still up in the air, but you can get in line to be part of the beta-testing set to begin in the next few months.

My personal opinion... A part of the reasons I started riding was solitude and interaction with surrounding environment. If I want to listen to music or talk on the phone, I will just sit in a car. I admit the rear view cam is nice. No blind spots whatsoever.

C2 cycle trailer

The C2 is a compact/cycle trailer produced by Moby 1 a camping trailer company. This C2 trailer is designed to towed by  a motorbike, or a small car   It has a short body trailer at 80″ long with the body the full length of the mattress and said to be weigh less than 300lbs
Various sizes are available and they can custom fit the tailor to a customer’s needs.
Prices starting at $6,500
It is nice, but I never got the idea of hauling a camper. I will never find a use for this thing. I always came to ,"why not just use damn car" mentality. Mainly because I love the bare minimum, and light-weight, the freedom of motorcycle touring. so I like tents. However I admire guys riding sidecar/camper in extremely cold region

Voltitude fold-up pedal-assist electric bicycle

The Volitude fold-up pedal-assist electric bicycle (or pedelec) from Swiss company Volitude SA has now entered production. The body of the bike features the unique EasyFold mechanism that allows it to be folded or unfolded in just a second and has seen it dubbed the “Swiss Army Bike.” According to gizmag, the bike is powered by a 250 W electric motor with an integrated torque sensor that provides motor assistance up to an electronically-limited 25 km/h (16 mph) so that it will go with current EU regulations. The 11.6 Ah, 36 V lithium-ion battery provide a range of around 40 km (25 miles), depending on the terrain and amount of effort the rider is willing to exert.I understand that it needs to be within the EU regulation but the performance is unimpressive to me. The sad part is that this thing costs more than 250cc motorcycle likes of Kawasaki Ninja 250R. Voltitude is selling the V1 for CHF4,990 (approx. US$5,465) almost 500 bucks more than the 250 Ninja. Only 16 mph assist, Up to 25 miles, and Six hours to recharge. Not impressive at all. Those tiny wheels gonna catch a pothole and throw you away...The only thing I like about this bike is that it is all made with easy to recycle material.

Evel Knievel Leahter suit

Kids of 70's idolized the legendary daredevil stunt motorcycle rider, Evel Knievel.  There were comic books about him, toys about him and numerous collectibles about him. As we know, there are geeky leather motorcycle suits, copying Batman, Iron Man, or even Storm trooper suit from the company Universal Design Replicas .
Wait, what about Evel, man? He was the real motorcycle rider unlike those heroes they were copying after. Well, Evel did not have much of padding or protector on his suit and bit flumboyant for their taste... However, I tumbled on a leather company who actually makes replicas of Evel Knievel leather suit. It is made to order for your sizing from Medium to Ex-Large. The price is 327 USD. Expensive? Look at the price of full suit made by UD replicas. It is a steal compare to that. The suit comes with the matching belt and cape. If you do it right you could be Elvis. Imagine showing up to Halloween party with this suit and your motorcycle.
